GENERAL INFORMATION
Congress Dates
Congress scientific program will take place between 9-12 November 2022 in Antalya / TURKEY.
Congress Language
The official congress languages are English & Turkish. Turkish-English and English-Turkish simultaneous translations will be provided during the congress.
Permissions
Official congress invitations can be sent to the participants through their own request for permissions for their institutions. These invitations can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation expenses of these participants shall be covered by themselves.
Presentation of Abstracts
Poster presentations should be prepared as electronic poster (e-poster). Oral presentations are allotted 10 minutes; 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
*Accepted abstracts will be published in the congress Supplement Issue of Psychiatry & Clinical Psychopharmacology, which is the official journal of Turkish Association for Psychopharmacology.
Registration and Information Desk
Registration and information desks in venue and hotel(s) will be active between during the whole meeting between November 09 and 11, 2022.
Cancellations Terms
Cancellation inquiries shall be submitted by e-mail to Local PCO. In registration and room reservation cancellations before 03 October 2022, 50% of paid amount will be refunded. 03 October 2022, paid amount will be non-refundable.
Visa Procedures
Please check whether you require visa for traveling to Turkey before your travel arrangements. Most European country citizens are exempt from a Turkish visa but if you require, your passports must be valid till the end of your stay. To ease visa procedures for citizens of the countries subject to visa regulations, visa counters are located in the arrival hall before passport check. Personal Insurance
The congress organizing committee cannot accept liability for personal life and property loss, damage or injuries either during or as a result of the meeting. Participants are advised to arrange their own personal insurance.
